Obviously you burn calories when you do weight training, how do I log that in MFP?
MFP only estimates calories burned for cardio it seems

you have to guess unless you use expensive space-aged equipment. most people just guess. I use MFP database and then reduce what it says by 50%.0

I searched the database it's giving me 0 for all the exercises I was looking for. I'm doing stronglifts 5X5 and I would like to know how much I burn approximately0

You can find a "Strength Training" option in cardio and adjust it to your needs.
Or what someone else suggested, and what I do, is find whatever MFP says and cut it in half.
Hell most of the time I create my own exercise and add in my numbers.0
