emotional eating or lack of HELP

I am kinda the opposite actually. I know a lot of people comfort eat but I actually go of my food. I have just started my weight loss journey and have 15 kilo to lose. I put weight on when I started anxiety medication and then I pretty much gave up and the weight pile on. I quit smoking 6 weeks ago and figured it was time to wake up and look at myself for my gorgeous families sake. So at this moment have a few things going on which makes my anxiety flare up and I go of my food which is why I joined mfp to have people around for support who I can also support (hopefully) in return. Please feel free to add me and would love any advice given.
