Who's sharing a birthday with me today?
Yay, it's my birthday today, 49 years young :drinker: :happy:
In January 2013, when I first joined mfp, I gave myself 18 months to lose the extra weight I carried (37.5lb) before I turned 50. So I'm very happy to not only have reached my goal but exceeded it 1 whole year before my initial target date. I can relax and enjoy the next year in a much healthier state of body and mind and look forward to turning 50 and living the next stage of my life.
So, who else is sharing this day with me and how old are you? :flowerforyou:

Happy Birthday, beautiful. I adopted my pitbull 2 years ago today so we just SAY its his birthday and over feed him and let him get away with a few more minor offenses.
