Hi everyone, I am on here to keep a firm eye on my eating and exercised. I will be basically following a high vegetable and protein diet, and juts getting moving again. So here I go...just turned 50 and need to look better and feel better before I am 51!

    Hi yes need a wake up call, weight has been creeping on between diets! Just need to make a big life change and get my life on track health wise as I want to live to 100!
