Hello, following doctor's advice to count calories to see where I am and eating mindfully. Add me :)

I am overweight if not obese. I have 20 kgs (40 pounds ish) to lose if possible. Unfortunately with all the diets I have done in my life I know my set point weight is higher.
Now I eat what I fancy with my mouth when I am hungry, I savour my food and stop when satisfied (not with stomach). I use breathing techniques when I feel like eating emotionally or I use one or 2 squares of chocolates to play with my 5 senses while doing my breathing exercise.

P.S: I am French so excuse my French lol. I live in Leicestershire in UK, married, three lovely children. Two cats, fish, a tortoise and a Gerbil.
