Help, forgot to change heartrate monitor weight!

So I recently had a baby and started working out again. I wear something called a MyZone heart rate monitor to tell me how many calories I burn. I worked out the past three nights at Kosama (kickboxing, etc) but had forgotten to reset my heartrate monitor to my current weight (which is obviously higher right after having a baby), so it was off by about 55 pounds. My question, did I burn more than my heartrate monitor said because it had the wrong weight information or was it still correct since it was monitoring my heartrate?

Just change it and forget about what you did in the past. You're overthinking this.0

I was just curious. . . . not really overthinking.0

I typically update my weight if it's more than 5 lbs off. Of course you do burn more when you weigh more. That's just science. You're moving more mass around.0

Yes, you would burn more at a heavier weight but not much you can do about that now. It's only 3 days, it won't make a difference.0
