days on streak with logging into MFP

my streak keeps starting back to one but i have been on daily. i am usually on the phone a few days then will get on the laptop and it seem when i get on the laptop it goes back to one and is frustrating.

i was on my phone yesterday and it should of been day 14 but it said day 13 and now today is back to 1 anyone else having issues?

When you're on the phone, make sure it syncs and it not just running locally. Take this from someone with 1,006 days under his belt hahaha.
