Lifters with open diaries!

Pretty sure mine is open if you want to look, I wouldn't call myself a full-on lifter per-say but I do strength training three times per week with CrossFit and eat 100% healthy gluten free. I think you'd need to up the cals a bit (and protein) from what I eat to gain - I get between 2200-2400 per day.
You'll see lots of rice, meat, veggies, and peanut butter0 -
