    Pretty sure mine is open if you want to look, I wouldn't call myself a full-on lifter per-say but I do strength training three times per week with CrossFit and eat 100% healthy gluten free. I think you'd need to up the cals a bit (and protein) from what I eat to gain - I get between 2200-2400 per day.

    You'll see lots of rice, meat, veggies, and peanut butter :)

    I think mine is open. If not, its mainly chicken breast, peanut butter and ice cream.

    Evidently not female, but happy to have any and all lifter diaries to browse, I log my food regularly so you'll always have something to look at! :)
