Macro Counting? Ketogenic Diet before

Hey

someone knows about macro counting? better than just calories?

I am well below my calories (1500kcal instead 2200) but lose slowly.. guess metabolic damage

How can I repair that?

refeed?
low carb refeed?

Do I NEED carbs for better hormones or do I gain weight again then??
