Hi! I recently joined to keep track of my eating and exercise. I've always been aware of the importance diet and exercise, but as my job's gotten more intense as I get older, I find myself sitting much of the day. This is one thing I'm doing to remind myself to be more active. Best to everyone.

    If you dont have time to set aside for the gym, then theres plenty of other ways you can increase your activity as well as small changes you can do to get your consumption more in line with your usage. Feel free to add.
