Since starting my journey I have found a few side benefits.

One includes a positive influence on the performance side of my life.

As a harmonica player, I find my general health and fitness is a plus in playing this wind instrument. Also moving around on stage is easier.

AND Playing in a band is listed as a Cardio Exercise.
