Hi, I'm Cloud and I'm 52 years old with a whole lot of weight to loose. Dr has said I must loose 5-10 lbs by the time I see him again in December so I am gonna along with my husband join a gym and start working out at least 4xs a wk. I have disablities , Arthritis of Neck/Spine/Joints, Severe Neuropathy, Blown discs in lumbar (non candiate for surgery), DDD of Neck-Spine , currently also includes Rotator cuff problems but Dr gave me a shot of steriods into my shoulder and aww relief.

You can do this if you log everything that goes in your mouth, walk as much as you can even if it's only 5 minutes at first and hold yourself accountable for your health! Rooting for you! /Cindy0

I worked out yesterday, did the treadmill for 15 min and the bike for 10 min. they have one that has a seat with a back, staff is really awesome, I go to planet fitness, they helped show me the machines that would best suite my physical health and showed me which strength machines to use also. I'm not sore, well not excercise related, just weather . I am 1,000 calories below what I need to be, so I gotta boost that up, I'm so used to eating 1x a day that body is on starvation mode, so learning to eat more is a struggle , I just don't get hungry. (when young and dumb, I thought eating 1x a day would make me loose weight , it did for a while and then stopped. And being diabetic/hypoglyemic I have to relearn to eat 3xs a day or small things during day.0
