How to log the fitness class that just kicked my butt

My husband and I are new members at a local gym (Lifetime Fitness in case anyone is familiar with them). I decided to try out a class this afternoon. The class was called Strictly Strength. I don't know all of the things he had us doing. It was very high paced and was more of a full body workout. We used bosu balls, figure 8 bands and hand weights for some of the exercises. I know there were some types of squats with different variations, push ups and crunches. I would just log each type of exercise but I didn't count and wouldn't have been able to remember anyway. I also wasn't able to do all of the reps for each one so I'm not going to log the full hour that the class actually took. Any ideas on how to log this?
