Cooked V Raw - Bacon

I'm a low carber. I eat alot of bacon (yeah, life's tough). What I want to know though is how do I log it in my diary. At the moment I'll put in something like "Middle Bacon - 150g" however this is the raw weight. Which contains alot of fat. When I eat it it's been baked in the oven, and a fair amount of that bacon fat is left behind on the tray, so I'm recording calories I'm not consuming. Given fat is high in calories, I'm probably recording ALOT of calories I'm not consuming.

Thoughts?
