Struggling to Lose Post-Vacation (HFLC)

Hi,
Frustrated and looking for any advice or similar experiences!
In short, I lost 20lb between March and August of this year doing HFLC and then, as we do every year, we went on a cruise. I was quite restrained, having totally changed my outlook on food/life, in comparison to previous years but, obviously, things got away from me because it wasn't my "normal" food/routine.
The second I came home I was back to the HFLC way of living and haven't deviated in the 5 weeks I've been back. However, the weight gained is proving very slow to come off and it's frustrating because I am training harder than ever before, eating perfectly (and as I was pre-vacation when I lost all the weight), sleeping more, drinking enough water etc. By all accounts things should be faster this time round because I know what I'm doing but, they aren't so, I'm here looking for any advice, support or ideas!
Feels good to vent...thanks for reading!!

what is HFLC? I struggled last year to lose post cruise weight, it took me 2 months to lose the 6lb gain. Give your body time to adjust, if it worked for you before, you'll lose again. The only thing I would say is, are you being as 'strict' with yourself as before? its easy to think we are doing everything right but if we aren't weighing/measuring our food we can be kidding ourselves
Keep up the great work and you will get back to your pre-vacation weight0 -

High Fat/Low Carb! I have been 100% strict since the instant I landed in Dublin airport. I weigh everything I eat and log it as I did before the cruise! Thanks, I'll try and stick with it - it's just frustrating when you are putting everything into it and nothing happens!0
