Seem to be losing faster than I want to

I started out with what MFP assigned me - I think it was around 1350 and lost a nice amount, at a pound or two a week (mostly not hitting my calorie goal). It seemed like I was starting to stall about a month ago, so I went up to 1500 and things got moving again, even though I mostly wasn't getting to 1500 in reality - I did try to hit at least 1300. This week I've tried really hard to hit 1500 and seem to have dropped 3 pounds. Is this likely an abberation and I should just continue as I am or should I up my calories a bit more? I don't want to lose so fast that I end up with too much loose skin. I eat "semi-clean" and do gluten free due to "suggestive" symptoms and response to GF lifestyle.

The other day I plotted my weight loss and weight change. In fact, here it is:

As you can see, my weight loss is steady, but I do it in jumps. In fact, since January, I was stable for 3 periods and lost 2 pounds at a shot 3 times. In general, I slowly ease down then drop, then bob up and down above the new means and then drop again.

I once lost six pounds in a week. But I average one a week. I can tell it's going to drop because I got a bit of flab/loose skin. Then it drops. Then the loose skin goes away.

I think it's normal. It's been normal for me the last year - and I've hit my weight goal.
