Just saw a few interesting books he wrote on Amazon. They got plenty of good reviews and I was wondering if anyone here has ever read them and what did you think???

    Interesting. I thought he might be just another pseudo-expert. I bothered to read some of his blog posts and he makes good points and often refers to other opinions and studies. The books I have not read. He says there are four parts -
    1. Nutrition for weight loss and muscle building,
    2. Resistance Training for strength
    3. Cardio Training for fitness
    4. Mental Training to stick with the program.

    I cannot argue with those. Of the four, IMO the mental training is most important.
