Do you like ice cream? I do.

Also, you could change your egg whites to whole eggs.

I'm curious about the chicken wrap...more specifically, the *one cup* of chicken wrap. That's a weird unit of measure for a wrap.

I think maybe you have more calories than you realize, those measurements don't look very accurate. And like someone said, whole eggs, bigger portions (if this is entirely accurate and I mean you weighed your portions).

You need some more fat. Add in some full-fat cheese, yogurt, ice cream, nuts, avocado...

Are you cooking your eggs, rice and asparagus without any butter or oil? Add some. Try making your protein shakes with whole milk instead of water.

Add avocado, cheese, bacon, sour cream, butter, etc. to your eggs and potato. Swap out some of the egg whites for whole eggs. Add sauce or gravy to your dinner. Cook your rice in broth or other flavors. Add in fruit juices or other drinks with calories. Use higher calorie condiments or additives to your chicken wrap.

I agree- that seems like an awful lot of stuff to not add up to 3000.

I mean I'm struggling HARD to only hit 1600- and I eat a very small lunch and a small afternoon snack- and then typically a larger dinner.

either way- whole milk- and ice cream- and oreos

Hit your fat goal and that should make a difference. Whole eggs, oil in salad, fry stuff in oil or butter etc. have some treats.
