I've never had the chance to say aloha!

So I've been on here awhile but I've never actually stopped to say hello!
A small introduction of myself... I'm Megan from the UK, and I'm 5ft9.5 (proud tall lady in the house). I'm on a health journey in the respect of both weight loss and fitness. I am really interested in nutrition (although I really love my sweets :s ), homoeopathy and fitness. I work out 5-6 days a week, involving of running, HITT, swimming, yoga and Tai Chi.
