Hi guys my name's Madi!
I'm not totally new to this site and have been using it for a few months, but I have never properly introduced myself! my current weight is 121.6lbs as of this morning but I am really trying to get down to 100lbs flat, but i'd be fine with 105 too! I'm eating about 500-600 calories a day with a few cheat days in there when I'm really feel out of it and planning on working out at least 2-3 days a week. So wish me luck !

Wow: 500-600 calories a day.....really dangerous.
If you continue to go this route.....you won't be happy with 105. Here's why: quick "weight" loss is fat+lean muscle mass. But hey, the number on the scale looks good.
Moderate weight loss spares lean muscle. Try using MFP as designed and setting a goal at no more than 1 pound a week (move to 1/2 pound when you get to 10 pounds of goal). None of us here got fat overnight.....we shouldn't expect to lose it overnight either.
Look up skinny-fat. This is a smaller you....yet still puffy & jiggly.0 -

Here's an idea.....instead of all-or nothing. 500 calories or a "cheat" day. You might look into 5:2 (or intermittent fasting).
This is where you eat 500 for 2 (generally non-consecutive) days and MAINTENANCE for the other 5. Here's how you find your maintenance:

ahhhhm I sincerely hope that's a typo because you would have to be WELL below 4' tall to survive on "500-600 calories."

Don't do that!
I'm 5'2" and during my teenage years and my early 20s I did that and it was terrible. Yes, I did lose the weight and reached my 105 lbs goal, but as soon as I relaxed a little and started eating more, and of course also drinking alcohol while going out, I blew! I went from 105lbs to 150lbs very quickly! It really took a toll on my body and screwed up my entire metabolism. To this date I still have issues with it! Try to up your intake to at least 1000 calories a day (Although I would recommend 1200) and then work out for at least 30 mins 5x a week. Yes, it'll take longer to reach your goal, but you'll be in good shape and healthy.0
