Jillian Michaels DVDs

I was looking for some feed back from people that use Jillian Michaels' workout DVDs. I have used them on and off in the past but never on a super consistent basis (I prefer running). I need to jumpstart my workouts (I've plateaued) and have several of her workouts that I'm planning on alternating between. I have a few more pounds to lose, but I am ultimately looking to lose some inches and get muscle definition. How soon did you start to see results in regards to muscle toning?

    Have you tried the 30 day shred? don't let that title fool you, it's a bear and it works. I did the levels in 15 day blocks and started seeing some definition around day 15, the end of block1, but I worked it! lol. here...

    Starting it back up, well a hybrid of this workout and running.. and pushups and squats... lol.. but yeah.. do it.. it's great! Oh and take pictures and measurements!!

    I did the 30 Day Shred and then Ripped in 30. I lost about 5 lbs with each program and started seeing a difference about halfway through. I have some of her other DVDs and plan to rotate through them, but might do the Ripped in 30 program again since it worked so well.

    I lost a decent amount of weight combining NMTZ and running, and then I replaced NMTZ with JMBR.
