I am new to myfitnesspal. I don't have such a hard time with the eating healthy part of dieting, it's the exercising part that gets me. I need some tips on how to stay motivated and some fun things to do during the cardio potion? Things to help mix it up so it's not the same all the time. Any ideas?

  • my friends got me into lap swimming, and if I can't run outside I like to do the elliptical machine for about 30 minutes

    Try different workout DVDs, find a workout buddy, or listen to music while working out.

    I hate to exercise and fail after about a week. I work hard in my yard. I bend over alot when normally I would find different ways to not bend over. It is exercise and it is what I love to do. I would say to find something you love to do and try to make it your exercise if you can. I have been losing weight slowly, so it is working for me! YAY!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
