For the people who hit a weight loss plateau just remember one thing

So for my first month I shredded weight. Lost about 25lbs in 35 days but the last two weeks have shown .4 ounces lost. Now I was feeling a bit crappy about that. Everyone likes to see weight loss.
Well I recently did my first measurements when my plateau was beginning. I retook those measurements the other night and was down an inch around my stomach and my waist. So just remember folks, even if the weight isn't being lost but you know your doing everything your suppose to, your body is doing something.

I'm in the same boat right now. Scale hasn't budget in 2 weeks but my waist went down an inch and my thighs 1/2 ". I think I'm retaining a bunch of water - trying to drink more and being very good on my counting.0
