how long does it take to see results in my stomach if i lose about 2 pounds per week

    That is entirely dependent on where your body pulls fat from first. Your best bet is to take a pic now and again in 4weeks to compare and assess progress.

    You only have 20 pounds to lose and you're 18 years old, so it is NOT a good ideal to lose 2 pounds a week. Everyone is different and they will lose differently, so it's impossible to answer your question.
