What are three staple body weight exercises someone should do at home for exercise on top of everyday cardio. Someone who does not have weights or things that you find at a gym. I am trying to get back into fitness, I have a treadmill at home that I can use for cardio, what else should I add to my routine for most benefit?
I was thinking
Push ups
Squats
Planks
does that sound about right?

Sounds about perfect - you might want to look into some other yoga poses besides planks - warrior I, II, III spring to mind.0

Burpees, pull-ups, and sprints. I know sprinting isn't a bodyweight exercise, but it's supposed to be great for burning fat and is easy to do without a gym.0

There are so many exercises you can do with jsut body weight. Strength-training, plyometrics, yoga, core, and even cardio that doesn't involve treadmills or running any far distance outside.
Strength-Training
-Push-ups
-Squats
-Tricep Dips
-Pull-ups
Plyo
-Jumping Jacks/Jump Rope
-Burpees
-Tuck Jumps
-Suicides
-Squat Jumps
-Mountain Climbers
-Lunge Jumps
-Ski Jumps
Core
-Crunches
-Sit-ups
-Plank
-C-sit Position moves (scissors, flutter kicks, in-and-outs)
Cardio
-High Knees
-Suicides (yes, counts here, too!)
-Football Up-Downs
-Power Knees
-Power Hooks
Combine these into workouts. If you string a few together and give yourself little rest between sets, you can create your own HIIT workout.0 -
What about more equipment? Dumbbells, stability ball/medicine ball and weighted gloves.0

Neutral grip pull ups
Pushups
Dips

You're missing pulls.
You need some pull ups bro.
Toss in some dips too. Lunges.
Box jumps.

You've got 3 of 5. Add pullups and back bridges and you've hit all the big stuff.0

I thought this was going to be a thread about gastric surgery.0
