Update to Under eating

Just wanted to stop in to say thank you to every one who gave positive suggestions and advice. I saw my PCP who had me document my regular eating habits to see what was normal consumption for me. I was eating about 900-1000 calories daily which he thought was still low but more than what I was doing the last time I was calorie counting. Since the visit I have done 1 complete week of meal prep and a half of week! I am consistently hitting the doctors recommendation of 1500 calories daily. Feeling much better! More energy and to tell you the truth I didn't realize how wiped out I was before I started doing this! :) Anyway, Thank you to those who provided advice! Greatly appreciated!
