Well I'm new to this site and I have a weight loss goal of 50 lbs. I'm a female and my height is 5'5. I've actually started my weight loss journey on Sept. 28th and I was weighing 198.7 lbs. at my starting point. I Weighed myself today and Im now at 190 lbs. :D I've been starting/stopping dieting for the past 2 years and never obtained my goal because I couldn't stay focus, so Im starting fresh and hopefully I will succeed this time. Okay lets see how this goes..

    As long as you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight. I eat everything. I refuse to go on a diet. Calories in - calories out. This is what it is all about. I really don't find this too hard and I am having success for the first time in years. I have about 35 lbs to go. Make sure you come in daily and log everything. It really makes you accountable.
