saturday night terrors!

last night i ate a take out 12 inch pizza and a chicken kebab when drunk.. so thats goodness knows how many calories then the sambuca, tequila and vodka shots - omg and ive gained 2kg on the scales - how can i even this out now? do i deduct 100 calories a day to measure up because theres no way i can work out in the state i am in !! I guess some calories are accounted for the evening spent on the dancefloor shaking my BOOOOOTAY ! - however can't believe I ate so much .

Back to basics?

  • just workout and eat better i had a little to much yesturday to its not a big deal just do better now

    I doubt ever 5% of that 2kg is fat, it'll be retained water...I think :) don't worry about it though haha!
