Trying to find that motivation

I'm stuck on my last 10 to 15lbs and I can't seem to find the motivation to workout and keep going. What should I do to keep myself going ?

    Progress photos! Even if you don't intend to share them with anyone, they're incredibly motivational just to have for yourself. Find a fitness program that you can enjoy at least a little bit and take some 'Before' photos to give yourself a little push to get to the 'After' stage.

    If weight loss is your only motivation for working out, my guess would be that you don't actually like what you're doing; in other words, you wouldn't keep doing it if it weren't for reasons of weight loss. Is that right? In that case, I'd say go out and find some new kind of workout, one that you enjoy. The market is huge, and some of it is even (almost) for free. There's bound to be something out there for which you don't have to motivate yourself; there will be something that, once you get into the flow, you can't wait to do again and again.
