My wife, referring to my stomach, started reminding me that "there's a part of you that I didn't marry!". I blame her wonderful cooking as the excuse, of course, but at the end of the day, almost 4 stone in thirty years of marriage. My doctor recommended this app when I needed to see him on another matter, so I tried it. Surely it wouldn't work, would it? I'm a lost cause.
I gave it a try, being religiously careful with what I ate and putting in the exercise.
I've lost four pounds this week, everybody! Four pounds! I wouldn't have done it without myfitnesspal.
