For the sake of making things quick and easy, I'm going to edit and put a strike through any links that I zap whilst I'm checking in on the thread.
Usually I would put an edited by mods statement on anything I edit (as all mods do) but I don't think that's entirely necessary here!
Because im doing other stuff too ill just be popping my head in from time to time, zapping any remaining spam and dissappearing.
Thanks again for the great effort you all put in on a daily basis and you know to tag us if things get out of hand!

I know this isn't our traditional spam, but Pu is at it again, spamming a ton of threads and posting someone's address and phone number.
He's PeterJones with some random number at the end. I'm guessing he just makes a new one every time one gets banned. Just keep an eye out. The avi is a pic of some dude on a boat.0 -

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. I think best bet is to just ignore him and flag his posts. They'll disappear from view if enough people flag him. Tag a mod if you need to.0 -

I have no clue what the phone number and address is about.
The flowchart is what Pu created to counter the actual, helpful flowchart that gets posted in the "I'm not losing weight plz halp" threads. He has some serious issues with plateaus, apparently, and can't stand to see people posting good advice.0
