Can anyone help me with some question concerning MFP and Fitbit Flex?

When I purchased the Fitbit Flex two weeks ago my walking exercise would show up on both MFP and my Fitbit. For the last two days I have walked at a pace of 3.0 mph for 45 min. and the Fitbit logged it in the "active" category. However, after about an hour the Fitbit goes back to to only 3 min. of "active" exercise. This of course shows up on MFP as no exercise for the day. Can someone help me with this issue?

Hello! I'd suggest going to the Fitbit website and see if there's something wrong with either your settings of the pod itself.
I've had a Fitbit Flex for close to a year now and haven't had any problems like that.
I hope you get some answers fast. That would be quite annoying!!0
