Do you add the alcohol you drink into your dairy precisely?

I sometimes take a look at people diary and by the looks of it nobody seems to drink much at all (which is good).

I cannot eat dinner without some wine and I love my beer. I'm being precise with my entries and I have to say that alcohol is like 20% of my total calories on most days (2 glasses of red wine and 1 beer for example).

So, do you enter your boozes religiously?

    Yes. I want to drink what I want while fitting it in. I fact, many times I pre-plan and put the booze in first before the meals.

    Yep. I even measure it out sometimes to be sure.

    Like you, I drink a glass of red wine every night with dinner, I measure and log it precisely. I knew I would not give it up long term so have logged every drop of it from day 1. My husband is also on MFP and does the same with his beer and manhattans as well. It does teach you moderation for sure because both wine and beer have quite a few calories to account for. :bigsmile: However, he has lost 48 pounds and I have lost 98 so do not worry that the weight will not come off if you honestly log the alcohol calories. It will!!

    I drink wine or beer sometimes. My wine glasses only hold 5 oz, but I used to measure, just in case. I log it whenever I drink it.

    Tonight ( I'm a pre planner) I plan on settling in after the kids go to bed and watching some old x-files episodes with some trail mix and a glass of blush wine. Yum.

    Yep. I'll even weigh my wine out on my food scale.
    I was happy to see that I was under logging 4-7oz of wine. More wine, yay!
