Think of body transformation as a life long game.

I've been on a body transformation journey. I started it about a year and half ago. When I first started, I weighed 325 lbs at my highest. With dedication, hard work, and good diet, I was able to drop down to 165 lbs. However, I was getting a bit too skinny and lanky since I'm 6'2. So I started another journey to gain weight, but in muscle. that journey took about half a year. Now I weigh at 200 lbs, fairly athletic. However, I know I can be better. I want to drop down to 170 to 175 lbs again to look leaner and to be more agile.

I will keep posting my progress, and I welcome anyone who is willing to join me. Also, if anyone has any questions on how to lose weight, feel free to ask me. I'm not an expert, however I do have personal experience.
