Working out less than normal

I recently started a job as a waitress about 3 days a week for about 5-6 hours on those three days. Normally, I work out 6-7 days a week, but due to the new job and school, I've been only working out 4-5 days. The days that I don't work out are the days that I waitress, and then I'm usually doing schoolwork the rest of the day. The reason I'm nervous is because on days I waitress, I seem to eat as if I had worked out that day (days I workout I tend to eat more).
I'm usually under my calorie goal and don't eat back workout calories. I eat a lot of carbs...bad I know but it's the food I have access to.
Basically what I'm wondering is: is decreasing the number of workouts I do but eating the same amount of calories going to have a negative affect on my weight loss?
Thanks for the help guys!! Nervous college girl just looking for help so I really appreciate it.

If you are exercising less you need to eat less. However-waitressing is an active job so it might offset the reduced exercise a bit.0
