Hi everyone, I am new to the website here. I have really been getting into nutrition this year so I would like to get some advice. I am a 19 year old male college student, 5'5, 122. I run 4.2 miles everyday for about 45-47 minutes. I struggle with eating … frequently eating only 1200-1300 calories per day. Can any of you runners or just anyone in general give me some advice on how much I should be eating on running and non-running days? Thanks!
