Starting Again

Starting a food diary again, just to check my nutritional values, but not my calories. Counting calories triggered me to be really scared and paranoid about food a few months ago. Ever since I got my scale taken away (lol I was that addicted) and stopped counting calories, I became less paranoid. anyways, high school sucks and barely have time to make breakfast so I just eat a fiber one bar lol.
