FitBit question

Does anyone who has a FitBit Flex notice that it seems to be reporting more steps than before? I wear mine on my non-dominant hand, and have it set up that way, but it seems to report more than I am actually doing.

If you end up doing a lot of work moving around your hands, it might overreport. It's happened to me a couple times since I work retail and spend a lot of time moving clothes around.

I would walk 100 steps and see what it counted. Then type for one minute and see what it counted.
  • Wear it on your non dominant wrist, but set it for dominant on the website. This will give you a more accurate count. I had the same problem with my flex. ✌
