Hello all! I am committed to getting off the unhealthy path I've been on- I have two boys (4 and 2) and I am tired of carrying around the extra weight. I am doing BodyPump 3x/week, and cardio in-between. I am also starting Shakeology this month. Any tips/tricks/praises are welcome!
