Hey guys,

I'm Becky, 22, from the UK and have a lot of weight to get off my chest.... and all the other places of course.

I have about 150lbs to lose over all to get to a 'healthy' weight for my height so therefore, I better get moving and shift it. The past 5 days I've been slowly cutting down on thing I gorge on but from tomorrow Morning (Monday 13th October) I plan to stick to a healthy plan and exercise.

I'm basically on here asking if anyone else is in a similar position and if they are, feel free to add me so we can go on the journey together :)

So yeah, feel free to add and share your reasons as to why you want to change, I always feel inspired and motivated when I read others triumphs etc :)
