I can do this... Need much needed support.

I am currently the heaviest I have ever been. In fact I weigh as much as I did in my second trimester with my twins. Ya. Pretty bad. But I can change that and I know I will. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by spring. What I would like is support! Any advice, tips would be great! I notice that the friends I had on here no longer log into their account. Please feel free to add me on!!

    Hey!

    My best advice to you:

Try to be as accurate as you can with logging. I know it's not always easy but just do your best.

    Be patient.

I find if I ever have a concern or question, I do a search on the message boards cause there's a really good chance someone out there has already asked and there's really good advice here.

Yes, you can do this! :)

Here's my advice. Friends on here for support are truly wonderful,I love mine, but you have to be committed to this with or without them. Also if you slip up and over eat a day or two or three lol, don't beat yourself up about it. Shrug it off and carry on. Figure out your tdee,so you know how many calories to eat. Weigh and measure everything. Good luck!

Anyone should feel free to add me as a friend.

I see some good advice here. Only thing I'd add is to make sure you're drinking enough water. Seems simple but it is important.

Good luck in reaching your goals!

YOU CAN DO THIS. My advice is like the others. I have dropped out several times but this time I have really committed to being as accurate as I can about logging what I eat every day to the best of my ability. I do not beat myself up if I go over my target calorie range but I use the information to make better choices. Good luck to you!!!

Your ticker says 21lb so you already lost 9. I would say although friends can be good, its important you have the correct mindset and make the commitment. Look at whats going to be different this time round and then adopt the MFP basics such as logging food accurately. 30lbs is easily doable for you.
