Hello! Trying to maintain weight

Hey everyone! It's good to finally have an account here.

Losing 31 pounds turned out to be easier than I imagined - cuting one thing at time, nothing too fast and I always loved vegetables anyway. I took my time, I wasn't even overweight. I just felt extremely uncomfortable in my skin, I was looking like a log.
Now with my shunken stomach I have problem with eating enough. I ended up underweight once and I'm not going to repeat that. I hope that with food diary everything will be less frustrating. I want to find new recipes - more calories but still healthy - I don't want to eat more junk or drink sodas (occasional juice is enough).
