I'm 5'2" and currently weight 137. I want to get down to 120-125 range so starting out with 1200 calories per day. I hope that tracking using the app will help me.
I achieved Lifetime status through Weight Watchers back in 2003 and I have been weighing in monthly at my local spot ever since so I am still considered Lifetime. Have had to pay several weeks in a row over the past several months for being over my goal weight which was 130, then I moved it up to 135.
I am hoping that starting out just counting calories will help me shed some pounds to keep me motivated. At this point I'm not watching carbs, fat and protein too closely. I do tend to be in range on fat and protein at this point.
