CITI program at the VA

does anyone participate in the CITI program at the va? my local va is one of the participating programs and so i signed up as they told me that all services except dental would be covered free of charge including eye glasses (to which my CHAMPVA health insurance does not cover) and just looking to see if anyone using this service was able to have the sleeve procedure done as this is another area that CHAMPVA does not cover but is offered at the va I go to. (Personally I don't get why they don't cover it because CHAMPVA is run by the VA)
