            Hello! Here's what has worked for me. (I've lost 123 pounds). You need to be eating the proper amount of calories in order to lose. This site can either do it for you, or find a tdee calculator on line. Weigh and measure all your food. Don't be hard on yourself if you mess up, just keep going. In my opinion it doesn't matter what types of food you eat as long as you eat at your correct deficit. Good luck!0
