What is a good protein to add to my smoothies in the morning, there's so many different tyes out there I got a little overwhelmed looking for onw.. is whey protein the best option??

  • I use whey...It depends on your goals though. If you're bulking or using as a meal replacement, there may be better options.

    I reckon eating raw fruit is better for you. Why the need for protein in it?
