Looking for friends who I can compare food dist with who weight lift and jog! Pls add me if this is you:) thanks! Id love to know of your with in 15 or less lbs of your weight loss goal. I just moved from 1200 to tdee-20% as ive stalled out bad since lifting more weights and getting closer to my goal weight. Thank you!

I weight lift and run (sorry, I don't "jog" - I think I just have a hang-up about that term!) Currently training for my 5th half marathon while incorporating heavy weightlifting, sprinting, and other fun activities (e.g., trying to work up to a handstand from a crow pose in yoga). Within 5 pounds of my initial goal weight, but thinking of going a bit lighter to improve running times. My diary is def open to my friends! I don't particularly follow any diet - I love all kinds of food. I'll send you a request.0
