I am challenging myself to do 2 things this week,.
1) to sort my spare room out so i can start exercising
2) not having a drink all week
I am not going to focus so much on the food i am going to focus on my challenge

Good luck!
Try switching to drinking water only, too, if you haven't done that. It's a pretty easy step. (If you're hooked on caffeinated beverages, just start tapering them.)0
