This weeks challenge

Options
I am challenging myself to do 2 things this week,.
1) to sort my spare room out so i can start exercising
2) not having a drink all week
I am not going to focus so much on the food i am going to focus on my challenge

    I think you will be better off focusing on your food if losing weight is your goal.

    Good luck!

    Try switching to drinking water only, too, if you haven't done that. It's a pretty easy step. (If you're hooked on caffeinated beverages, just start tapering them.)
