I have a lot of weight to lose (11st) and so decided that I would start by keeping a food diary and see where I need to make the biggest changes.
I had already started by cutting out sugar from my drinks and changing from processed margarine to a proper butter and cooking more meals from fresh which have already had a huge effect on my weight as I discovered when adding my weight to the form I have lost 2st since march.
So I am here to say hi to you all and hope that sharing my Journey to a healthier fitter life will be successful.

Cutting out sugar is the best thing that you can do; soda, chocolate, etc0
