Hi all, I used myfitnesspal for a few weeks earlier this year, but I didn't use the forum feature. Got a long way to go, a long, long way. Hopefully reading about other people's struggles and successes can help keep me dedicated to the task at hand.

  • a new guy. Using myfitnesspal for 11days, and started to diet/workout for fat from then.
    Now about 1.5kg lose. Wish everybody good luck for the goal!
